1 of 1 people found the following review helpful.First the pros - In terms of size, compartments and style this bag is great. It fits everything I need, has enough inner compartments to stay fairly organized and looks more like an oversized purse than a diaper bag from the outside. My main complaints are these: 1. there is no zipper to close the bag! I'm traveling with our 3 month old in a few days and I will not bring this diaper bag on the plane because there is no top zipper to close the bag - in order to get it under the seat in front of me I'd have to lay it on its side and everything would come out. I cannot imagine why they wouldn't have put a simple zipper at the top of the bag to allow people to close it. My second complaint is that the shoulder strap is not adjustable - I'm 5'6" and I find it to be an awkward length - too long. For ~$250 these are very simple and cheap improvements that could've been made to this bag that would've greatly enhanced the functionality, in my opinion. If I had realized both of these weak points before purchasing, I don't think I would've bought it.
