I love it and it works great. I have been complimented on the size of the hood/visor and the triangle handle.I find it easy to retract the handle, love that it can be positioned to prop the seat up and prevent rocking, the straps are easy to tighten or loosen, and it's easy to attach and detach from the base (though it's close to the seat and if you have larger hands and depending on the car, could be tight to get in there to remove the carseat).See video review to watch me operate all features of the car seat (aside from the base). We have the jogger stroller that matches it from the first car seat we had with our oldest, so that makes it 3 years old (new but same car seat for youngest) and it still works great and I like it. Rolls easy, jogs well. The cover on the storage by the cup holders came off, the piece to hold it closed/folded doesn't work (though it does stay closed by itself, but can be harder to move/less compact), and the storage on the bottom isn't the easiest to access, but those are my only complaints on that.

5 of 5 people found the following review helpful.I've had children in carseats for 8 years now. This is the first seat I've had that I really regret purchasing. It has so many problems. I will list a few complaints that come to mind here.1. The seat rattles terribly. For the longest time I worried that the install was bad, but it was a good install. I finally located the source of the rattle as the buttons that you depress to raise and lower the carrying handle. The rattle is so bad when driving that it is hard to hear my other children over the noise of this seat.2. To latch the seat at the crotch strap, you must first connect the two straps by laying one over the other and then putting them together into the crotch strap. This is not easy to do when you have a small, restless baby to work around. The regular metal connectors that you are able to snap one side at a time is a much better design.3. The infant headrest attaches by tiny velcro strips that go around the shoulder straps. The headrest is constantly coming off or getting pushed down because the velcro is so little the smallest movement causes it to come undone.4. There is a huge height difference between the lowest and second shoulder strap settings. Currently the straps are far below my daughter's shoulders yet she is nowhere near tall enough for the second setting. The rule is that the straps must be at or below when rear-facing, but to do so (which you obviously should) makes it harder to get baby in securely than it should be as the strap want to slip off the tiny newborn shoulders as you are tightening. Beyond that it just looks uncomfortable to have the straps pulling down on the shoulders like that. They really need to add another setting. In sum, this is just a terribly designed product. I relied on the positive comments when purchasing it, so I'm leaving a negative review for those of you who, like me, read all the reviews when making such an important purchase. My other children were in a chicco infant seat as babies, so I only have that seat for comparison purposes. But, it puts this seat to shame. Unfortunately for me it recently expired and I tried to save money by purchasing this seat instead of a new chicco. I wish I had just spent the money for a better seat. In fact, I may end up spending even more because I'm considering buying a different seat as I dread having to use this one daily.
